Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, virtual meetings to promote program offerings and answer inquiries.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, including application completion, documentation review, and eligibility assessments.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
• Assist in developing outreach strategies to attract diverse student populations and increase enrollment numbers.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and personalized engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in public speaking , with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is highly desirable.
• Strong recruiting skills with a passion for motivating others to pursue their educational aspirations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Prior experience in an educational setting or admissions role is a plus but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
