Admissions & Enrollment Executive – EdTech

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admissions & Enrollment Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and enquiries from prospective students.
• Conduct counselling sessions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students to drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and student information in the CRM.
• Guide students through the complete admission and registration process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education sales, EdTech, student counselling, or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive counselling ability.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on lead conversion.
• Experience working with CRM/lead-management systems is preferred.
