Admissions Assistant

St. Eugene University, Zambia is looking for suitable candidates to work in the Admissions Department from its Chennai office.

Position: Admission Assistant
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries regarding admissions.
• Communicate with prospective students and parents.
• Explain university courses, eligibility, fees and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls and messages.
• Assist students with the application and admission process.
• Maintain admission records and follow up on pending applications.
• Coordinate with the university admission team in Zambia.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling or education-related work will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Work Location: Chennai
Working Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
