Admissions Assistant

Madera Post Acute Center is proud to be the premier skilled nursing facility in El Monte, and we are actively seeking a motivated and dedicated Receptionist/Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is scheduled from Saturday-Sunday We are looking for a dynamic individual to streamline our admissions process and provide exceptional support over the phone.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Greeting visitors professionally both on the phone and in person.

2. Handling phone inquiries and directing callers to the right party efficiently.

3. Supporting the Admissions Coordinator in organizing patient admissions seamlessly.

4. Collecting essential admission information from patients upon their arrival.

5. Coordinating with hospitals and case managers to ensure smooth admission processes.

6. Collaborating closely with our internal team to facilitate patient admissions effectively.

7. Conducting engaging facility tours as needed.
