Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 DOE
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate incoming referrals and admissions
- Communicate with hospitals, case managers, families, and referral sources
- Assist with insurance verification and authorizations
- Ensure admissions paperwork is accurate and complete
- Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Help support census growth and strong referral relationships
What You Bring
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Previous admissions, intake, or healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
