Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to handle front-desk responsibilities, communicate with students and guardians, make follow-up calls, and assist with course-related inquiries and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Call students and parents/guardians to provide information about available courses.
• Explain course details, structure, duration, fees, and admission process to students and guardians.
• Follow up with interested students and prospective admissions.
• Respond to queries and provide appropriate information regarding courses.
• Attend to visitors and provide necessary assistance at the reception.
• Maintain call records, follow-up details, and basic reports.
• Coordinate with the academic/admission team regarding student inquiries.
• Manage appointments and general front-office activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception area.

Requirements

• Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in telecalling, receptionist, front office, counselling, or customer service.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates residing in or around Jadavpur, Kolkata.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
