Job Profile – Admission Counsellor

Role

Reports to: Admissions Head / Principal

Purpose: Convert enquiries into confirmed, fee-paid admissions and give every family an accurate, warm first experience of the school.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and log every enquiry in the CRM promptly.
• Counsel parents, conduct campus tours, and recommend the right grade or programme.
• Follow up every lead until closed, won, or lost with a reason.
• Complete admission documents, fee collection, and handover to the class coordinator.
• Support outreach events, referral drives, and open houses.
• Submit daily and weekly funnel reports; do 30-day check-ins with new families.

Requirements

• Graduate (MBA / PG preferred); 3–5 minimum years in school admissions or consultative sales.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; comfortable with CRM, Excel / Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
• Warm, target-driven, honest with parents and the organization, and disciplined in follow-up.
