Admissions Counselor

As School Representative, you will collaborate with our team and engage with candidates regarding their professional, financial, and personal situations and goals, including:

1. **Telephone Outreach (approx. 40%):** Aided by our considerable advertising strategy and efforts, you will reach out to prospective candidates and respond to inquiries regarding our programs, with an eye toward preparing them for appointments. You will also follow up on prior leads and inquiries.

2. **Interviewing (approx. 30%):** Each candidate for admission must be interviewed in person, which includes presenting our programs so they can make an informed decision for their future.

3. **Application Documentation/Follow-Up (approx. 30%):** We engage in a customer-focused, hands-on recruitment process. Once a candidate has decided and been pre-qualified, you will guide them through the rest of enrollment, including their application and associated documentation.

**What you'll bring:**

• Experience in education or the beauty industry preferred, but not required — the right attitude matters most

• Experience or interest in sales (including recruitment, financial services, or beauty industry)

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys engaging with people

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one evenings a week

• Professional image and approach to the team and candidates, as a representative of our school

**Job Type:** Full-Time or Part-Time

**Pay:** $19–$25 per hour
