What they need
We’re looking for a driven Director of Admissions to help grow census and strengthen referral relationships at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the White Plains, NY area.
Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Lead admissions from referral through placement
- Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
- Manage insurance verification and authorizations
- Partner with clinical teams to coordinate smooth admissions
- Identify opportunities to grow census and referrals
What You Bring
- SNF experience required
- Admissions/intake experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Leadership experience preferred
