We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admissions Director to lead our patient intake and enrollment processes within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities of the Director of Admissions

• Lead and coordinate the entire patient admission process, ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding from initial inquiry to registration.
• Manage practice operations related to patient records, medical billing, insurance verification, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies for patient management software utilization, clinic workflow optimization, and adherence to healthcare practice management standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate effective utilization management, compliance with JCAHO standards, and acute care protocols when applicable.
