About the Role:

As an Admissions Director at Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the intake and admission process for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into our care facility
• Conducting pre-admission evaluations and assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to develop a comprehensive understanding of each resident's healthcare needs
• Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure a smooth referral process
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting data on admission and retention rates
• Participating in Quality Improvement Initiatives to ensure resident satisfaction and facility accreditation

Requirements:

• High-level leadership experience in admissions or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
