Admissions Director (PCC)

Resolve West Allis is seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Directorto oversee all aspects of the admissions process for our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating referrals, building hospital and physician relationships, driving census growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The Admissions Director serves as the primary liaison between the facility, referral sources, residents, and families.

Salary: $70,000/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through admission
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners
• Coordinate bed management and support census optimization efforts
• Verify insurance coverage, payer sources, and authorization requirements
• Collaborate with clinical, business office, and leadership teams to ensure appropriate admissions
• Conduct facility tours and communicate clearly with residents and families
• Track admissions activity and provide regular census and referral reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations

Qualifications

• Previous Admissions, Marketing, or Business Development experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care REQUIRED
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working directly with hospital discharge planners and referral networks strongly preferred
