About the role

This role involves optimization and implementation of the recruitment system, gaining thorough understanding of the company's strategy and business needs, and continuously optimizing recruitment processes and job standards to adapt to talent allocation requirements for business expansion and organizational scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment process for core positions to ensure the supply of talents
• Optimize the recruitment system, processes and job standards
• Serve as HRBP for one or two business lines, supporting human resource planning, talent allocation and organizational development
• Support business operations through organizational diagnosis and talent allocation capabilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, finance, economics or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in recruitment modules
• Experience in hunting for high-end positions or HRBP is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of delving into business operations
• Possessing organizational diagnosis and talent allocation capabilities
