About the Role

As part of its expansion, British International School of Casablanca (BISC) is preparing to open a new branch in Rabat. We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to support the launch of the new branch, manage the admissions process, achieve enrolment targets and build strong relationships with prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the admissions strategy to achieve enrolment targets.
• Manage the admissions process, from the initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families, partners and referral networks.
• Organise school visits and ensure effective follow-up with prospective families.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including enquiries, conversion rates and confirmed enrolments.
• Coordinate the admissions team and work closely with the academic, administrative and finance departments.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' professional experience, ideally in admissions, business development or management within a private or international school.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic is essential.
• Excellent communication, commercial and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership, autonomy and a results-driven approach.

Work Arrangements

Before taking up the position permanently in Rabat, the successful candidate will spend an initial integration period at BISC in Casablanca to become familiar with the group's procedures, organisational culture, admissions processes and working methods.
