About the role

DirAction Professional & Management Training Institute is hiring an organised, target-oriented Admissions Officer to support student recruitment within the UAE through enquiries, counselling, registration and consistent follow-up.

Key responsibilities

· Respond to prospective student enquiries by phone, email and digital channels.

· Provide clear information about programmes, entry requirements, fees and study options.

· Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.

· Follow up leads and support the completion of applications and registrations.

· Maintain accurate applicant records and prepare admissions updates.

· Support recruitment events and work with colleagues to achieve enrolment targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.

· Relevant experience in admissions, educational sales, customer service or sales follow-up.

· Good written and spoken English, with confident telephone and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organisation, follow-up and data-entry skills; proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Ability to work towards targets; experience with CRM or admissions systems is an advantage.

· UAE education or training-sector experience is preferred.
