What You'll Be Doing

✅ Being the friendly voice behind every enquiry and the welcoming face at every school visit

✅ Helping families navigate the admissions process from first enquiry to first day of school

✅ Conducting school tours that have parents saying, "Where do we sign?"

✅ Managing applications, assessments, enrolments, and admissions records

✅ Following up with prospective families and building strong relationships

✅ Working closely with marketing and school leadership to support enrolment growth

✅ Answering questions ranging from curriculum choices to parking arrangements... sometimes in the same conversation!

We're Looking For Someone Who

🌟 Loves working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences

🌟 Has experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or school administration

🌟 Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment

🌟 Can multitask without needing six cups of coffee (although we won't judge if you do)

🌟 Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
