Admissions Officer

Overview

Be a front-line Admissions Officer for the Thai/English segment. Convert enquiries into school visits, applications and confirmed enrolments, and deliver a warm, professional family experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned Thai- and English-language enquiries from first contact to enrolment.

• Run school tours, taster days and parent interviews in Thai or English.

• Manage applications and payment: documents, assessments, interviews, offers deposits and first term tuition fees

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for every family.

• Follow up on every active enquiry until a decision is reached.

• Support feeder shows, community events and parent open houses.

• Provide weekly funnel updates to the Head of Admission.

• Share insights on what messages and channels resonate with Thai/English families.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Personal enrolment target within the Thai/English segment.

• Enquiry response time (target: under 4 business hours).

• Enquiry → visit → application → enrolment conversion on assigned families.

• CRM data quality on owned records.

• Family satisfaction score for tours and interviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (admissions, sales, hospitality or service).

• Native or near-native Thai and strong professional English.

Skills & Competencies

• Warm, consultative interpersonal style.

• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.

• CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, OpenApply or similar).

• Confident on phone, in person and in writing in Thai and English.
