Admission Counsellor – Vision Academy

Vision Academy is looking for a motivated, confident, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose the right courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
• Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, and student engagement initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and student-friendly approach.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
