We're Hiring: Admissions Representative

Are you passionate about helping people access the mental health and substance use treatment they need — often at their most vulnerable moment? Advanced Health Alliance is looking for a motivated, compassionate Admissions Representative to join our growing national admissions team.

As an Admissions Representative, you'll be the first voice someone hears when they reach out for help. You'll guide callers and online inquiries through the admissions process — from that very first conversation all the way to getting them into the right program at the right Advanced Health Alliance location, whether that's one of our current PHP/IOP centers or an exciting new location opening soon.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from our website, Facebook, Google, and referral partners
• Talk with individuals and families with empathy and professionalism, helping them feel heard and supported
• Screen callers to understand their needs and match them to the right level of care (PHP or IOP) for mental health or substance use treatment
• Guide each person through next steps — insurance verification, clinical approval, and admission — with a personal touch
• Build strong relationships with our referral partners and keep them updated
• Keep accurate, organized records of every conversation and case

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in admissions, intake, call center, or healthcare-related work
• A warm, clear communicator who's comfortable on the phone and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Someone who can juggle multiple conversations and leads without losing a beat
• Familiarity with mental health/substance use treatment levels of care is a plus — or a willingness to learn fast
• Comfortable using CRM/EHR systems and general office technology
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
