Admissions Representative

Overview

Responsible for managing the admissions process and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a healthcare training center. Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students while coordinating enrollment activities, appointments, orientations, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students regarding available training programs, admission requirements, schedules, tuition, and enrollment procedures.
• Conduct individual admissions consultations with prospective students to review program options, course expectations, financial/payment options, and the enrollment process.
• Schedule and manage registration appointments, consultations, orientations, and other student meetings using an organized appointment calendar.
• Conduct new student orientations and provide students with important information regarding class schedules, attendance expectations, program requirements, policies, and procedures.

Skills

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to confidently present information to groups of students and community partners.
• Experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling correspondence and informational materials.
• knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
