Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through campus visits, virtual meetings, and outreach events, showcasing the institution’s programs and values.
• Conduct informative presentations and public speaking sessions to effectively communicate admission requirements and academic opportunities.
• Guide applicants through the entire admissions process, including application review, document collection, and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure a seamless transition for new students.

• Assist with recruiting efforts by developing relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other educational partners.
• Provide personalized academic advising to prospective students to help them understand program options and career pathways.

Requirements

• Proven experience in public speaking, education administration, or recruiting within a university or academic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working directly with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with admissions CRM
• Background in teaching or academic advising is advantageous .
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A passion for higher education and a commitment to student success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field; prior experience working in university environments is a plus. Join us in shaping futures! Pay: $40,776.54 - $70,000.00 per year
