Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions/Visa Officer to assist with

Australian student visa applications and Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing. This is a full-

time role with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting Australian student visa applications.

• Draft and edit high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa applicants.

• Review and verify client documents to ensure compliance with visa requirements.

• Communicate with students to gather necessary information for visa applications.

• Maintain accurate records and track application progress.

• Support the operations team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business administration,

International Relations, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience with visa applications or academic writing is a plus.
