  • Interpret and work with network topology diagrams, IP/LAN schemas, firewall configuration documents, and server architecture diagrams.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.

  • Participate in peer reviews of technical designs, configurations, deployment plans, and implementation artifacts.

  • Develop operational dashboards and analytical reporting using tools such as Power BI.

  • Collaborate with operators, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to support operational readiness and system stability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting ADMS, SCADA, DMS, OMS, or utility operational technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of electric utility distribution systems and grid operations.

  • Experience supporting enterprise utility platforms and integrated operational systems.

  • Hands-on experience with ADMS technologies such as Eaton, GE, Siemens, Schneider, OSI, Survalent, or equivalent platforms.

  • Experience with utility integrations including GIS, ICCP, Historian, OMS, SCADA, and enterprise interfaces.
