Are you an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer with hands-on experience in Federated Audience Composition (FAC) ?

We’re looking for a talented AEP Data Engineer to take ownership of a major FAC implementation from the ground up, helping shape how enterprise data is connected, modelled and transformed into actionable customer audiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Adobe Experience Platform, data engineering, customer data and MarTech — with the chance to build something from the foundations rather than simply maintain an existing solution.

🔥 What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end FAC implementation , working closely with data engineers, architects, marketing teams and business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 🚀 Building and implementing Adobe Federated Audience Composition (FAC) from the ground up
• 🔗 Connecting FAC with Databricks and working with data engineering teams on authentication, security and access
• 🧩 Designing federated data models, relationships and data structures for audience use cases
• 🎯 Building audience compositions including selection, filtering, exclusion, enrichment, ranking and splitting
• 📊 Developing validation and reconciliation processes to ensure audience data and counts are accurate
• 🔍 Troubleshooting connectivity, permissions, SQL, data modelling, audience and publishing issues
• 🔄 Designing and implementing batch and streaming data ingestion into Adobe Experience Platform
• ⚙️ Working with AEP Sources, Dataflows, Schemas, Datasets and mappings
• 🛡️ Implementing data quality, monitoring, exception handling and production-support processes
• 🌐 Integrating FAC with the wider AEP and Real-Time CDP ecosystem

⭐ The key requirement

Hands-on Adobe Federated Audience Composition experience is essential.

We're looking for someone who has actually built or implemented FAC , rather than someone who has simply worked with AEP or Real-Time CDP.

If you can take a FAC solution from initial architecture and connectivity → data modelling → audience composition → enrichment → validation → production , we'd love to hear from you.
