Role Summary

The Adobe CJA Lead is responsible for the strategic direction, solution architecture, and delivery of customer journey analytics on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CJA. The role covers end-to-end implementation, data design, governance, and stakeholder enablement.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide operational support, optimization, and enablement for Adobe CJA reporting and dashboards.

* Define and maintain robust data governance for reliable analytics.

* Define, validate, and operationalize requirements for new data sources ingested into AEP.

* Gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.

* Serve as the technical SME for Adobe CJA.

* Partner with architects to design scalable AEP-CJA solutions.

* Configure and optimize datasets, schemas, identities, and data views.

* Enable cross-channel customer journey analysis.

* Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.

* Define the vision and roadmap for CJA adoption.

* Translate business goals into measurable customer journey analytics use cases.

* Lead solution design sessions with product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

* Provide governance, standards, and best practices for CJA and AEP data architecture.

* Architect solutions using **AEP, Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web SDK, and Mobile SDK**.

* Design XDM schemas, identity strategies, datasets, connections, and CJA data views.

* Ensure accurate identity stitching across channels using Adobe Identity Service.

* Develop data blueprints covering ingestion, mapping, transformation, and activation.

* Lead and mentor CJA developers, analysts, and data engineers.

* Oversee AEP data ingestion using **Data Prep, Query Service (SQL), streaming and batch ingestion**.

* Review and validate dashboards, journey reports, and segmentation logic.

* Establish QA processes for data accuracy, freshness, and KPIs.

* Build multi-channel journey visualizations and actionable insight frameworks.

* Develop reusable analytics templates, KPI frameworks, and governance documentation.

* Train internal teams on CJA capabilities and self-service analytics.

* Collaborate with data/platform teams, Martech/Adtech teams, and stakeholders.

* Support downstream activation such as **AJO and RTCDP**.

* Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and communication plans.

Must-Have Skills

* 8–10+ years in digital analytics / data engineering / martech

* 3+ years hands-on experience in AEP and Adobe CJA

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
