About the Role

We're hiring five Enterprise Architects to own the architecture behind large Adobe Experience Cloud programs for enterprise customers. This is a client-facing seat. You'll sit with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs, turn their business goals into multi-year experience roadmaps, and stay close enough to delivery to make sure the design holds up once it meets the customer's existing tech stack.

The work is with a global digital consultancy that designs and delivers customer experience transformation for enterprise brands. Instead of living inside one product silo, you'll architect across content, analytics, personalization, customer data, and journey orchestration, and you'll be the person accountable for how those pieces fit together.

If you're the architect customers call when they're stuck choosing between too many options, and you'd rather hand them a clear recommendation than another slide of tradeoffs, this role was written with you in mind.

What You'll Do

• Advise executive stakeholders and translate their business objectives into multi-year Adobe Experience Cloud roadmaps
• Own end-to-end architecture across three or more Experience Cloud solution areas, such as AEM, Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Workfront, and GenStudio
• Design composable, API-first solutions that integrate with what the customer already runs, including CRM, ERP, and data platforms
• Lead engagements from discovery through delivery, keeping architecture decisions tied to outcomes like revenue and retention
• Architectural oversight across concurrent implementations, using reference architectures and review cadences that catch risk early
• Support pre-sales: RFP and RFI responses, effort estimates, and architecture proposals
• When the technology doesn't work the way a customer wants, find the creative path (often a short-term fix paired with a longer-term plan)
• Partner with delivery leads, developers, and data teams so the design that gets approved is the one that gets built

Qualifications

Required

• 12+ years in digital, martech, or IT, including 5+ years hands-on architecting and implementing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories
• Experience with at least one content-focused Adobe product, such as AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, or Firefly
• Cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Microservices and API-first, composable architecture design
• A track record advising C-level stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role, ideally at a systems integrator or consulting firm
• Pre-sales experience, including RFP/RFI responses, estimation, and architecture proposals

Nice to Have

• AEM (Sites, Assets, Headless, Cloud Service), 4+ years hands-on
• Adobe Analytics, Target, and Real-Time CDP, or equivalent experience on a competing platform
• Adobe Journey Optimizer or Campaign for cross-channel orchestration, or a comparable tool
• CRM integration (Salesforce or similar) plus ERP and data platform integration
• React/SPA frontends and REST or event-driven integration patterns
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Adobe Certified Expert certification (AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront)
