Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to design, develop, and manage real-time customer data pipelines and personalized omni-channel customer engagement journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, customer data management, journey orchestration, personalization, and marketing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Design and implement Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas.

• Build and manage identity graphs and Real-Time Customer Profiles.

• Configure and manage batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.

• Integrate data sources and destinations within AEP.

• Monitor and optimize customer data management workflows.

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Design, develop, and execute personalized customer journeys.

• Configure event-based triggers, audience qualification, and journey orchestration logic.

• Create and manage omni-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Custom Actions.

• Perform testing, validation, and optimization of customer journeys.

Personalization & Decisioning

• Develop dynamic content and personalized messaging strategies.

• Implement offer management and Offer Decisioning capabilities.

• Configure frequency capping, throttling, and customer engagement rules.

• Support real-time personalization use cases.

Integration & Development

• Integrate AEP and AJO with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Webhooks.

• Work with JSON payloads and data transformation processes.

• Implement and manage Adobe Launch (Tags) configurations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and privacy regulations.

• Implement consent management requirements.

• Maintain customer data security and platform compliance standards.

• Support audit and regulatory requirements.
