Role: Adobe AEM CQ | AEM 6.0 – Adobe Target Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN or any other client hubs in the US -Hybrid Onsite

Required Qualifications

⦁ Plan, build, and QA personalization activities in Adobe Target, including AB and multivariate tests, Experience Targeting, and Automated Personalization.

⦁ Design and deliver crosschannel journeys and campaigns in AJO using AEP profiles, audiences, and events.

⦁ Write custom JavaScript and jQuery for Target offers and pagelevel experience modifications.

⦁ Build and maintain CJA data views, segments, and Workspace reports that measure experiment and journey performance.

⦁ Write SQL to explore, validate, and troubleshoot data across AEP datasets and Query Service.

⦁ Partner with data engineering on data integration into AEP schemas, datasets, identity, and ingestion via Web SDK, batch, and streaming.

⦁ Translate business goals into testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and success metrics present results and recommendations to stakeholders.

⦁ Maintain documentation, naming conventions, and QA checklists for activities, audiences, and journeys.

Preferred Skills/Attributes

⦁ 5 years of experience in digital personalization or experimentation, with handson Adobe Target experience.

⦁ Working experience building journeys or campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

⦁ Strong JavaScript and jQuery skills, including DOM manipulation and debugging in browser developer tools.

⦁ Proficient SQL for data analysis and validation.

⦁ Demonstrated expertise in Customer Journey Analytics reporting data views, calculated metrics, segments, and Analysis Workspace.

⦁ Solid understanding of AEP fundamentals XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, RealTime Customer Profile, audiences, and data ingestion.

⦁ Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and a data layer
