We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on RN leader to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate leads by example, supports staff, and is committed to quality resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
- Conduct rounds and follow up on resident and family concerns.
- Support unit managers and nursing supervisors across all shifts.
- Monitor nursing care, documentation, and staff accountability.
- Assist with staff education, infection prevention, and survey readiness.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license valid in New Jersey.
- Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred.
