What You'll Do

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
• Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Promote accountability, quality care, and regulatory compliance
• Help drive performance improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture
• Step in where needed to ensure excellent resident care

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and accountable
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
• On call rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
