AdOps Intern

Youll join the Global Ad Operations team, where youll gain hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns and supporting large-scale advertising platforms. In this role, youll collaborate with internal stakeholders, troubleshoot campaign issues, and learn how global ad operations teams deliver high-quality campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Set up, traffic, QA, and validate digital advertising campaigns following standard operating procedures.
• Validate creatives, URLs, tracking tags, and campaign configurations before campaign launch.
• Respond to internal support requests within defined SLA timelines.
• Follow advertising policies, quality standards, and platform best practices.
• Escalate campaign issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Ensure campaign accuracy and maintain operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Who You Are

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in digital advertising and AdTech.
• Passionate about building a career in Ad Operations and campaign management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
