ADP Workforce Now Consultant

ROCKCREST is seeking a ADP HRIS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) HCM, Time & Attendance/Workforce Management (WFM), configuration, and reporting. This role will support our growing ADP environment, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, and enhancing reporting and analytics to support our business operations.

Whether you have supported standard domestic operations or complex global environments, we are looking for a system expert who can help us maximize our ADP investment and streamline our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues related to Core HR, Time & Attendance (WFM), timesheets, shift schedules, and payroll readiness.
• Support ongoing system optimization, implementing best practices for data integrity, scalability, and overall user experience.
• Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reports for key HR metrics, Recruiting, FP&A, and Position Management.
• Configure and streamline system workflows, approvals, and employee/manager self-service processes.
• Support data integrations between ADP and other enterprise systems, translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Explore and implement new ADP features, module enhancements, and system upgrades as they become available.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT) to improve overall system performance and reporting capabilities.

Ideal Background:

• Proven, hands-on experience configuring and supporting ADP Workforce Now (WFN) HCM and WFM modules.
• Strong background in building custom reports, analytics, and dashboards within ADP.
• Experience troubleshooting complex time and attendance rules, accruals, and scheduling configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, or business intelligence tools (like Power BI) is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments is preferred but not required.
• Broad functional knowledge across Core HR, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Performance Management, and workforce analytics.
