Ads & Boosting Specialist

• Manage and execute paid advertising and boosting campaigns across social media platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns based on campaign objectives and budgets.
• Analyze ad performance, audience insights, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable performance insights.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Account Management teams to ensure effective ad materials and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience in paid ads, boosting, or digital marketing is an advantage.
