About the Role

We’re looking for an Ads Associate to help manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and manage ad campaigns
• Monitor CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise
• Test audiences, creatives & ad copies
• Prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Comfortable with numbers and data
• Analytical, detail-oriented & eager to learn
• Internship/project experience in paid ads is a plus
