XILIN Drivers' Job Description and Requirements

Job Description:

Part time job. $18/hour. Will be driving for ADS (up to 5 hr a day) and/or After School Program (1 hr per day), for a total of up to 30 hrs per week Monday Through Friday. Shifts are 7am to 9am, and 3pm to 5pm.

Job Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Shall provide a copy of a current, valid Illinois driver’s license or probationary license if the driver has recently moved to Illinois from another State.

• Shall maintain a driver’s license for the classification of vehicle driven.

• Shall not have more than three moving violations in the last three years or any record of conviction for reckless driving or any other serious violation.

• Shall be trained in CPR and first aid, or we will train.

• Shall be drug and alcohol free.

• Education and Language: High School graduate or above;

• Driver License C and Bilingual Language with English and Chinese/Korea/spanish is a plus.
