requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ads monetization within mobile games or mobile apps.

• Practical experience with ad platforms and mediation solutions, such as AdMob, ironSource, AppLovin, Unity Ads or similar.

• Strong understanding of mobile advertising monetization models and revenue optimization.

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience working with and interpreting metrics such as ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, retention and LTV.

• Good understanding of A/B testing and iterative optimization.

• Ability to work effectively with Product, UA, Analytics and Development teams.

• Strong ownership, independence and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Very good English, both written and spoken.

• A genuine interest in mobile games and the F2P market.

• Tools & technologies:

  Experience with the following will be valuable:

  • AdMob, AppLovin Max, Unity Levelplay and other ad mediation/ad networks.
  • Firebase, GameAnalytics, Tableau, Excel and Google Sheets.
  • AppsFlyer, Adjust or other attribution platforms

• Nice to have:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with game development teams on SDK integrations and mediation setup.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in mobile game advertising monetization.

responsibilities

• Develop and implement ads monetization strategies across our mobile game portfolio.
• Manage and optimize advertising solutions, including rewarded video, interstitials, banners and cross-promotion.
• Monitor key monetization and advertising KPIs such as ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, retention and LTV, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Test and introduce new ad partners, ad formats, monetization features and solutions.
• Design and run A/B tests, analyze results and translate insights into actionable optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with UA, Product, Analytics and Development teams to align monetization strategies with the overall user lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers on SDK integrations and ad mediation/waterfall configuration.
• Use data and market insights to recommend and implement changes that improve advertising performance and revenue.
• Prepare reports and presentations on advertising performance and monetization initiatives for the team and management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in mobile game advertising and identify relevant opportunities for BoomBit.
