About the role

Plan, manage, and improve the performance of advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other paid channels to drive conversions, brand awareness, and lead generation according to targets set with the management team, while managing budget and analyzing results independently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social/programmatic campaigns
• Set advertising budget with the management team and allocate budget appropriately for each campaign target
• Analyze campaign performance data, create dashboards/reports, and improve campaigns based on data
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop advertising content suitable for each platform
• Conduct A/B testing and explore new channels to improve budget efficiency

About you

• At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets)
• Understanding of conversion funnel and attribution principles
• Ability to manage advertising budget at 5-6 figure level per month with discipline and responsibility
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI
• Experience in proptech, real estate, or tech startup business will be considered specially
