Ads Script Writer

Ads Script Writer – Marketing Team

Experience: 1+ Year Location: Remote Working Days: Monday–Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for an Ads Script Writer who can write engaging, conversion-focused scripts and also

understand why an ad performs well or poorly.

Responsibilities

• Write creative scripts for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Reels, UGC videos and other marketing

campaigns.

• Create strong hooks, concepts, storytelling and CTAs.

• Analyze ad performance on Meta, Google and other platforms and identify what is working.

• Use performance insights to create better scripts and new creative angles.

• Research competitors and trending ad formats.

• Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Video Editing teams.

• Continuously test and improve ad creatives based on results.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in ad script writing, copywriting, content or performance marketing.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

• Strong creative and analytical thinking.

• Ability to understand ad performance and convert insights into new creative ideas.

• Good understanding of digital advertising.

• Hindi, English or any other language writing skills are welcome.

• Experience with Meta/Google Ads is a plus.

Important

“Why did this ad work?” → “What can we improve?” → “What should we test next?”

This is a creative + analytical role, not just a content-writing job.
