Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Ads Specialist with strong hands-on Google Ads experience. The ideal candidate can also manage Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads experience is a valuable additional advantage. You will help build, manage and improve advertising campaigns across multiple restaurant client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and location research.
• Write and test clear advertising copy.
• Manage keywords, negative keywords, audiences, schedules and locations.
• Monitor campaign budgets closely and prevent overspending.
• Review search terms and reduce irrelevant traffic.
• Set up, test and maintain conversion tracking.
• Work with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Manage Meta advertising campaigns when required.
• Prepare clear monthly performance reports.

About you

• At least two years of hands-on digital advertising experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience managing real client or company advertising budgets.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and Google Analytics 4.
• Basic working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager is strongly preferred.
• TikTok Ads experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing budgets.
• Workable written and spoken English.
