Ads Specialist

About the role

This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with company targets, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and driving brand visibility and conversion through data-driven approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies according to company targets
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
• Manage marketing through Social Media and Marketplace platforms
• Conduct target audience, competitor, and digital trend research
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement, traffic, and conversion
• Optimize SEO and SEM to increase brand visibility
• Collaborate with the Content team in campaign planning and execution

About you

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing strategy, target audience, engagement, and conversion
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Proficiency in Social Media marketing and Marketplace platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms
• Ability to analyze advertising data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
• Strong analytical, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Awareness of digital trends, social media developments, and fashion industry trends
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work towards targets
