About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin ads, campaign analytics, lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance reporting, with a clear focus on achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience, industry, and budget.
• Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Create and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Continuously test and optimize ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in paid advertising / performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Must have independently handled a minimum monthly advertising budget of ₹3–5 lakh, preferably across multiple campaigns or client accounts.
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with significant monthly ad budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Good understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certifications.
• Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience working with multiple industries and client accounts.
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns and CRM-based lead tracking.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting.
