ADS SPECIALIST | MOBILE APPS

About the role

Gami is looking for a Ads Specialist experienced in managing paid ads for mobile apps. The focus isn't just traffic or installs — it's acquiring registered and paying users at an efficient cost with sustainable ROI, targeting ~100% ROI within 30 days

Key responsibilities

• Manage & optimize campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Monitor the full funnel: Impression → Click → Install → Registration → First Payment → Revenue
• Analyze acquisition cost (CPI, CPR, CPA) and ROI (D1/D3/D7/D30) using Adjust
• Identify & scale winning creatives based on data, not assumptions
• Run A/B tests (creative, copy, targeting, bidding)
• Collaborate with the Creative/Content team — provide insight on which creatives are winning, which to reproduce, which to stop
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (strategy, budget, CAC, ROI, next-period optimization plan)

Requirement

• Min. 1–2 years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Media Buying/UA, ideally for gaming/social/entertainment apps
• Proficient with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and attribution tools like Adjust
• Understands metrics: CPI, CPR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Retention
• Able to distinguish "cheap users" from "high-quality paying users" — a low CPI alone isn't success
• Analytical, comfortable with data & dashboards, able to optimize campaigns independently
• Active English communication; Mandarin is a plus
