About the role

PT. NICHIEPLAST is seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to join our marketing team on a contract basis. Based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, this role is fundamental to driving our digital marketing strategy and maximising the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across search engines, social media platforms and other digital channels
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation
• Create and optimise ad copy, graphics and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion rates
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition targets are met
• Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, targeting strategies and bidding approaches to continuously improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales and creative departments to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
• Stay updated with latest trends, platform updates and best practices in digital advertising and search marketing
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to optimise ad delivery and performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in digital advertising, search marketing or a related role within the marketing and communications sector
• Demonstrable expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and other digital advertising channels
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and display advertising best practices
• Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and advertising platform dashboards
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis related to advertising expenditure
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behaviour is preferred
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
