About the role
Merancang dan mengelola strategi iklan berbayar di berbagai platform digital untuk mendukung brand awareness dan penjualan produk dengan pendekatan berbasis data.
Key responsibilities
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi ads di Meta, Google, TikTok, dan platform lain yang relevan, termasuk promosi produk musiman (hampers Lebaran/Natal, kue ulang tahun, dsb.)
- Mengelola budget iklan dan memastikan efisiensi biaya (ROAS, CPA, Revenue, dsb.)
- Melakukan A/B testing kreatif dan targeting untuk optimasi performa
- Memantau tren dan update algoritma platform iklan
- Menentukan audience dan targeting
About you
- Pengalaman 2–4 tahun mengelola iklan digital berbayar sebagai Performance/Ads Specialist
- Familiar dengan Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
- Kemampuan analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis metrik
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan advertising budget dan revenue target
