Adult Day Program Administrator

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Adult Day Programs department and seeks a Adult Day Program Administrator. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

Core responsibilities

Develop program operations, staffing, admission workflows, policies, facility readiness and participant experience; coordinate the distinct medical and social day service requirements.

Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams. Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope. Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.

Program readiness

This is a planned role. Start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.

Location and schedule

New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. This is a part-time role. The final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within the program's authorized scope.

Requirements

Adult day or comparable program leadership experience; qualifications matching the specific medical or social day program and regulator requirements. Applicants should provide relevant credentials, experience, availability and a resume. Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment or service delivery. Benefits

Pay: $32-$40 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Employment type: Part-time. Weekly hours and start date will be discussed during hiring; this planned program role is contingent on required approvals and staffing readiness.
