We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Advanced Excel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions, data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data accurately in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Use advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, and SUMIFS.
Create and manage Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
Perform data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and conditional formatting.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support business operations.
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of reporting tasks.
Maintain organized records and improve reporting efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, and dashboards.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power Query and Excel automation will be an added advantage.
