ADVANCE RADAR PROGRAM MANAGER

For our client, we are seeking a ADVANCE RADAR PROGRAM MANAGER to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will guide complex program execution supporting advanced radar and naval systems in a highly technical defense environment. The selected individual will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractor efforts, and program reporting to ensure successful delivery across engineering, logistics, integration, and test activities. The position also requires close collaboration on shipboard and shore-based systems, with a strong focus on execution discipline, supportability, and mission-critical outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting for all program activities and subcontractor efforts
• Manage personnel and subcontractors supporting engineering and logistics services
• Oversee programmatic and project management activities
• Perform systems engineering and supportability analysis
• Coordinate ship and shore-based system integration tasks
• Conduct test and evaluation of systems
• Direct staging facility support services

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, or business required
• 15+ years of program management experience in Combat Systems development
• 3 years of recent experience in Naval Surveillance and advanced radar systems
• Extensive knowledge of C4ISR ship and shore-based installations
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies
• 5 years of supervisory experience in engineering management of naval electronics
