This role requires working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Investigate customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide professional support through phone, email, and chat.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
