Advanced & Intermediate Ticketed Scaffolders Required

About the role

We are a family business based in Upper Hutt, Wellington operating a Tube & Clip scaffolding company. Due to continued growth, we have an employment opportunity for a competent Advanced and/or Intermediate ticketed scaffolder for an immediate start. The work is varied and you would be expected to erect and dismantle scaffolding, provide work platforms on building and industrial sites, and for temporary structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Advanced and/or Intermediate ticketed scaffolder qualification required
• At least 2–3 years' on-site experience in the construction industry as an Advanced or Intermediate Tube & Clip scaffolder
• Current New Zealand Certificate of Competence (or overseas equivalent validated by SARNZ) or ability to secure this
• Proven experience working with different scaffolding systems
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations in New Zealand
• Class 1 and/or Class 2 or above driving license preferred
• Right can-do attitude, self-motivated and reliable
• Physically fit
• Team player with good communication skills within team and with clients
