Advanced Associate Engineer, Equipment Production

As an Advanced Associate Engineer in Equipment Production,  you are responsible for performing all testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.•    Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures

• Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification
• Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair and recommend interventions to the Production Engineers
• Support continuous improvement Initiatives towards production quality / productivity improvements
• Guide team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment
• Assist in determining and developing work instructions on new assignments
• Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment
• Conduct performance testing independently
• Assist engineers in developing new measurement sets
• Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on simple or semi complex standard workflows
